Hi guys. We are so excited to be with you today. What a blessing. Really what a blessing.

I look forward to this. I was sitting in my computer. Not my water. It was about to get started

and I thought, God, I love doing this. This is so much fun for truly. It's like I get to meet

8,000 new people, make 8,000 new friends. And we get to come together in such a meaningful way.

And thank you for letting me into your life. Your time is the most valuable thing that you have.

And so it means the world that you want to spend your time here. And I'm going to make sure

that you feel held and seen and that you learn a lot and that you remember a lot.

Because truly, whatever we learn when we know that it's true, it's because we knew that already.

Right. It's really about remembering to remember what we know. And so I hope that that's

what your journey is like today. We're going to get started. We've so much to go over today.

We're going to talk about podcasting. And when I say it, I almost want like a drum roll.

Because podcasting is such a giant opportunity that didn't exist when my mom was at my age.

Like, you know, this is such a giant, incredible gift that we don't necessarily understand how

powerful tool this is. What a blessing this is that we have this technology to do this kind of

thing called create intimacy in this world. This world that has such an empathy deficit.
