Hi everyone. Welcome back to the Let's Talk Yoga podcast. Today we're exploring a slightly different topic on the show. It's something that I'm deeply passionate about and I know a lot of you out there are as well. We're chatting about zero waste living and yoga. And I know you're thinking, Aru, hold on, this isn't exactly yoga, is it?

I interpret the yamas when it comes to being a consumer.

Now, let's explore the yamas and I'm not going to talk to you

about the yamas in detail, but just how I interpret them as a consumer. The first yama is, of course,

Ahimsa. And Ahimsa talks about kindness. And we can't exclude the impact our actions have on this planet. And it's about re-examining how we can't exclude the impact our actions have on this planet and it's about re-examining

how we can be in harmony with the choices we make and how that impacts the planet.
