No, I think that's true. When you're waiting for something time feels like it goes really slow.

When you're listening to your favorite podcast hosts, it just whizzes right by. We're pretty bad at measuring time as a species.

Are we really like our brains are not good at estimating time?

Oh, yeah, they do all these experiments where they ask people to estimate how long something has been and they always over-underestimate.
