And so we're going to cope without him in a special weekend edition where we're going to look at uncertainty.

Now, guys, where this came from from me was, I think you know in the, sometimes this podcast has felt a little bit like therapy for me, because I've oscillated on Trump.

No, I didn't really know whether to back him before the presidential election.

And then once I sort of took the position of wanting him to win, it sort of, you've become

very committed to the position you've taken, particularly when I was doing a lot of media,

and there only sort of one of the few British commentators defending Trump.

And on a lot of things like trans, the environment, tax immigration, I'm completely with him.

And then, of course, we went through that period

earlier in the year when on Ukraine,

he was in the wrong place.

And what was the other big issue?

Of course, the terrorists,

a ridiculous Liberation Day announcement

where he went too far.

I thought, I was quite embarrassed about my support for Trump.

And then more recently, he's been moving on Ukraine to a more sensible position.

I think he's fundamentally realises now that Putin is not the honest broker that he

sometimes dreamt that he might be.

There'd be interested to see what he does the next few weeks on after his deadline for Putin

has expired.
