Her name is Kelly Noonan Gores,

and she is the writer, director, and producer of Heel, a documentary feature about the mind-body connection and our body's innate ability to heal.

I don't know if you have seen this documentary yet on Netflix, but it is absolutely wonderful.

This powerful woman dedicated so much of her energy into putting together this wonderful resource.

And she and I were able to connect actually at an intimate

circle that I had at my home our mutual friend Danica Patrick brought Kelly to the

circle and we just hid it off right away.
