0:56.7	What I exactly do is I educate marketers on the value of black consumers.
1:03.8	So primarily we work with major corporations on how they should send a direct invitation
1:10.2	to whether it's Gen X, Gen Z, millennials to attract them and influence them on using
1:17.4	their products or services.
1:19.3	That's amazing.
1:20.3	And it's been 32 years at BET.
1:23.6	And this is the 30-30 year.
