Hi podcasters it's me the G.C I am so glad to be back together again this week.

It has been just the craziest of times

and doing this podcast weekly really does get me through the week. So I want to thank you all for that.

Now my week has been probably oh how can I say it in a polite way it's been. I'm currently in the middle of moving house and it is just, I don't

know if anyone's ever experienced this but I'm living out of bags, suitcases, I'm traveling a lot for work at the minute, which in one way is great because I know a lot of us can't get to work at the minute. But it's just been one of them weeks where you just think,

oh, but you've got to remain positive and I think we all have them weeks and it's okay to have them weeks and you find

yourself just going on autopilot and I'm absolutely exhausted but you know what I'm not

going to beat myself up about it I'm just going to go if

anyone asked me you're right Gemma I'm saying no I'm exhausted feel free to rub my

feet now guys this week I'm going to be talking about things the G.C. would never do and that

is because I know some of you want to be more like me and this is basically an education on how to do so.

So everybody sit down comfortably if you can and listen to your brand new teacher.

So, oh, can you imagine if I was a real life teacher,

I'd be like, right class, crack the tunes on, let's dance,

let's put some good stuff on and let's go crazy in class.

I mean I've always said to my little nephew Hayden, Hayden who gives you the best education?

And he goes, you aren't saying, I'm like, that's right.
