and said, look, because they've had so much of green initiatives, they've had a massive reduction

in use of oil and actually in particular production of their own oil. They've had the North Sea,

for example, 20 years ago, it was booming. And now they're getting something like 20%

of the oil they were getting at that time. So they've really, you know, shot themselves in the foot.

And as a consequence, they're now dependent on lots of other countries to give them oil. And oil is

more scarce now because of the Iran problems and other things.

So, yeah, the UK, and you know, it's interesting that Armstrong's saying in his newsletter,
