Pre-millennialism. What in the world does that mean?

That's what we're going to tackle today on the Prophecy Prose podcast.

Okay, Todd, so we're into season four now, and we're tackling some of these topics and take a little bit more of a deep dive and some of these subjects that we've covered in the past a little bit.

And today we're going to talk about pre-millennialism, which is kind of a mouthful.

It's a tongue twister.

It is a tongue twister.

Get your tongue tangled when you do that, you know.

But we talk about pre-millanism. That's just kind of a doctrinal way, a theological way to

basically say that Jesus is coming back to the earth before the millennial kingdom. The word pre-means

before. Millennial means a thousand years.

It's Latin for a thousand.

And so when we say pre-millennialism, we're talking about the thousand year reign and Christ coming back.

But not everyone believes that view.

There are, in fact, three major views concerning the reign of Christ, if you will.

Let's talk about some of those. Yeah, so just a real quick overview, the three views are premillennialism, post-millennialism, and ah-millennialism. So for the

rest of this podcast, we're going to call it pre-mill, post-mill, and ah-mill, just so that we can

rest our tongues a little bit.

Exactly.

But those are the three primary views.

And we're pre-mill to the hill, and we believe that's what the Bible supports.

And that's really what we're going to talk about today.
