Hey guys, in this video we're going to talk about an interesting trace mineral called

0:24.7

malibdenum. It's hard to pronounce, but it's malibdenum. So if you're doing some type

0:31.1

of detox and you're trying to get rid of your Candida, you definitely want to have this

0:34.8

trace mineral to help facilitate that because it's a great natural way to not make you feel

0:41.2

bad, but just clean up some of the garbage that's basically dying off and polluting your

0:47.2

body. And it's also good to help break down sulfites in your body. There's a lot of

0:52.5

people that are sensitive to sulfites. Sulfites are in wine, especially white wine compared

0:57.4

to red wine. It's in preservatives. It's in dried fruit. It's in a lot of foods. So if you

1:02.6

have a sensitivity to sulfites, this is what you need. And it also helps prevent the build-up

1:07.6

of uric acid, which eventually turns into gout. And it's found a different place in the

1:11.6

body, especially the teeth. That's why it's good to prevent cavities because it makes the

1:15.2

teeth really strong. But if you're deficient in this trace mineral, your risk factor goes

1:20.4

up for a pathodial cancer. So yes, you can get it in certain foods. It's higher in green

1:26.0

beans, eggs, sunflower seeds, and cucumbers. But I'll recommend that you get it from the

1:31.6

health of the store simply because we don't know the soils that these foods were grown

1:36.8

on, even if they had this trace mineral. So all you need is a little bit. You don't

1:41.7

need a lot, okay? And you don't need a long-term dose of it. So just take a little bit and

1:46.4

see if it can help you. Alright, thanks for watching.
