Yeah, I'm excited to talk to you guys. So I, my focus for a long time has, and still to the

stage, it's true, has been weight loss. Just purely weight loss. That's the metric I'm concerned with.

And I think that you can go about that in many divergent ways. And I don't necessarily think one

is better than another for individuals. Right? I don't think everybody will experience the same

thing doing something. However, I have found, and what I'm really excited to talk to you guys about is

so I have, I achieved weight loss, right? And then the next big battle is maintaining weight loss,

which is a whole other battle. So I did that. I have found lately that I got lots of health

benefits from weight loss. And I've, I've maintained lots of health benefits from weight loss. But I

found that I eat a very not diverse diet. I wind up eating a lot of the same things. And, and I

started to see my LDLs tick up and my HDLs tick down. And this was not something my doctors were

super concerned with. But then over a couple of years, they were like, this trend is continuing. And

so I've now come into like weight loss is not the only metric to define my health. Now I have to
