There's nine congresspeople in the state of Indiana.

Seven are Republicans.

Two are held by Democrats.

And the maps could have been redrawn to have nine Republican seats.

And we thought it was a pretty slam dunk, at least from afar.

40 Republican state senators, 10 Democrat state senators.

And then 29 of the 40 Republicans voted with the Democrats and it got struck down and that's it that's over Indiana state senator Chris Garten is here he represents he's the majority floor

leader he represents Jeffersonville just north of Louisville and then up north
