Dr. Berg talks about mixed body type and what to do. The endocrine glands are on a chain and are connected, all the glands make up the endocrine system. When one of the glands goes down, that would affect the other glands as well. The most important thing is to the basics by doing the Ketogenic Diet plan and intermittent fasting and then after two weeks, you could tell about starting with your most likely body type. It is almost impossible to know exactly 100% if you are one primary type or mixed. The only way to do it is to rule out by process of elimination starting with the most likely and then the next.
