That's an interesting question.

If I was 18, what would I be doing?

Now, first of all, I would tell you first of all, what I would not do.

I would not start a business.

I would not start a business

because at the time, how I got into all that trouble

and how I got into debt,

it's because I was naive

and I started very, very early

without a whole lot of experience in business. And I made a lot of

costly mistakes. So looking back, if I'm making again, I would actually find a mentor. I would find

someone who is exceptional, who is a visionary, and I would work for the mentor. And during that process, I would want to learn as much

as I could. I would shadow my mentor, someone who is growing, right? Because that would save me a

whole lot of time. And I would add as much value as I could, solve problems for that mentor.

And during that process, I would want to earn his or her trust.

And I know that if I could do that, there will be opportunities within the organization

that I could maybe start an initiative, lead a project, maybe a division, and I would go from there.

That's what I would do differently.

If I would have done that, I would have been successful earlier.

I wouldn't have to go through such learning curve and that struggles because now I am under an umbrella.

But given, the key here is you have to find the right mentor, right?

You have to find the right person, the right visionary to learn from, to work for, to gain your experience.
