Now, what we're diving into today, folks, now obviously we know the national title game is tonight. In part two of today's show, we're going to be previewing that game like we would normally do, talk about the matchups, talk about different band-dual odds, and then give our predictions for the game. But before we get there in part one of today's show, we're going to sit down and discuss what Notre Dame does or what they need to do in order to win a title. You know, we can finally turn the page over to 2026. The transfer portal is closed as much as I'm sure we're all going to miss it. The transfer portal window is now closed and we have a really, really, really strong idea of what this roster is going to look like moving forward. So we're going to have a discussion. Big picture. We're going to dive into more granular things throughout the off season. After all, we have a ways until Notre Dame kicks off again against Wisconsin. And then we're going to wrap up today's show, folks, with a mailbag. So throughout the show, be sure to get your questions in. Joseph Pars already getting a head start. We got a lot to talk about today.

Yes, we do.

I mean, so technically we still don't for sure know what next year's team is going to look like because the portal closed at midnight on Friday, but schools have basically 48

business hours to put kids names into the portal. And that means we have until tomorrow.

But we kind of have a good idea of it. I'm excited to kind of really start diving into the

2026 season. I know the championship game is being played tonight. Honestly, Trapp, I don't even know if I'm going to watch it.

I mean, people are asking like, you're going to do a live show?

And I'm like, I asked the team yesterday.

And they're like, I don't want to do it.

I don't want to do it.

But if you want to do it, I'll do it.

I'm like, I don't want to do it because I'm so ready to turn the page on 2025 for a million reasons.

And part of that is just my excitement about what this 2026 team can be.

But for Notre Dame to kind of get to that point where they can build a championship football team,

there's obviously some areas this program so has to grow and so has to develop and

improve upon, which is why they didn't get a chance

to play for the championship this year, as we will continue to say, yeah, the committee screwed

Notre Dame over, but Notre Dame is the one who did the things that that put them in position

toward the committee even had a chance to screw them over.
