1:04.7	If you want to build a ship, don't drum up the men to gather wood, divide the work, and give orders.
1:10.7	Instead, teach them to yearn for the vast and endless sea.
1:15.6	It's not that you don't need to gather wood or come up with a good plan and have a good
1:20.5	leader to give orders and order to build a ship.
1:23.5	You certainly do need those things to eventually put together a ship.
1:31.3	His point is not that these things are unnecessary, but that they aren't where you should begin.
1:34.3	You should begin by giving the men a vision for what they are building towards.
