Even when you speak about social media and there's like, oh, you know, you're feeling burnt out, like journal, take a vacation, you know, do something, go for a walk. Of course. All of those things are awesome. But if it's more the external burnout, those things, you know, journaling isn't necessarily going to fix the dysregulated nervous system that happens when you walk into your office.

So I think that it's kind of just recognizing that, like, of course, those things, self-care is so important.
