We're doing a solo podcast episode. I'm excited for this one, but I do want to say that recording a

solo podcast episode is a tricky thing and it's definitely a skill.

I do think it gets easier because the first time I did it, I know I planned everything out so

precisely because I was kind of like, what do I say? Like there's no spare moment to think about

what you're going to say. Like when Lauren and I record together, obviously we go back and forth.

So I'm able to plan my thoughts in advance while she's talking. But every time I record together, obviously we go back and forth, so I'm able to plan my

thoughts in advance while she's talking. But every time I do this, I have so much admiration for

people like Emma Chamberlain who record by themselves every single week and have very,

like, coheets of thoughts. She must put a lot of planning into her podcast, I would assume.

But anyways, I'm back. I'm doing a solo. Today I am using

chat GPT, which I'm sure you've heard about. I feel like everyone's been using it for so many

different things now. But it's a really cool tool. I will say my dad has been talking about chat

GPT for forever. And he has been getting us to use it.

Like he keeps sending me like fashion specific things.

He'll send John and Darien music specific things like articles that the AI has created about whatever the topic is.

And he's definitely on to something.

So I basically asked chat GPT to ask me questions for myself to answer. So I said, can you ask some

questions that are less career focused because they were all career focused at first? And then I said,

can you ask some related to health? Can you ask some related to fashion? And can you ask some about

living in LA? So those are the topics I'm going to cover today. I'm just going to kind of read through these

quickly and find some interesting ones. But I think that this is kind of a fun idea. I've seen some other
