I don't really know exactly what to say here.

The Lakers just did a very, very bad thing, an unforgivable thing.

They embarrassed themselves, dropping a game to the Brooklyn Nets.

A Brooklyn Nets team that has won just once in the last nine games,

a Brooklyn Nets team that has lost twice recently to Portland,

a team who organizationally is not trying to win basketball games right now.

The nets have lost twice in the last week and a half to that Portland team.

The nets have lost in the last 10 games.

The nets have lost to the Washington Wizards.

The nets have lost to the Houston Rockets.

Now they also have a win over the Oklahoma City Thunder.

That's something that Thunder fans are certainly frustrated with.

But the Lakers, in the position that they're in, given where they're at in the standings,

given how badly they needed to turn things around, dropping this game,

dropping this game out of all games.

Inexcusable.

Inexcusable.

And in particular, on the defensive end of the floor and on the offense in the second

half, where they simply stopped calling plays, stopped running, set, stopped doing what
