Russia and Ukraine continue meeting at the negotiating table in Istanbul, Turkey.

Over the weekend, Ukraine's lead negotiator claimed that Russia has verbally accepted

most of Ukraine's positions, but there's nothing in writing yet.

Simultaneously, more reports are coming in of the devastation left behind in several Ukrainian cities

as Russian troops withdraw.
