It has been a bloody insane year to say the least I think for literally everyone and I think for us it's been it's been a year that's been very full both personally and professionally and it's been caused for a lot of reflections.

So today we're going to talk you through some of our biggest

learnings of the year.

But first of all, Elliot, how is your week?

Good, good, week's been good.

I think this stage is always super weird because we're like right before the end of the fortnight season, right before you get into the next one.

So like, like, it's December. No, no, no, but like it's so weird doing content right at the end of the season because you know

that all the cool stuff is just around the corner there's no more new content

everyone's recycling stuff that either you've done or someone else is done and you just kind of like come on just give us the event

give us all the fun stuff already because like we just want to like do it you know?

Yeah. Yeah well it's a hectic time of the year for me as well it's been I mean I have to say it's

been so nice to be back in Australia it's so good being with the team the team in the

click office right now is just stellar and I feel like December is the best

time of the year.

It's kind of crazy because I know so many of our audiences in North America

where it's like cold over Christmas.

Yeah.

But for me, this time of the year is just like summer, it's relaxed, everyone's about to go on holidays and we've had a couple of
