that I'll go an hour and a half, two hours with the lines totally jammed and you're just sitting

there hoping to get in.

And then there are other times we have lines opening get right in.

And a couple of rules as far as people that are coming in.

If you are completely unintelligible, generally you're in very, very quick.

If you have extraordinary handicaps, that is a good one.

That will get you in.

If you are crazy, that automatically gets you in.

And, you know, for example, if you're calling from a mental facility and you're dialing with your nose because you're in a straight jacket, that will get you in.

So those are some of the rules.
