The new year is just really rolling along.

Not in the greatest way, frankly, we've got natural disasters, we've got terrorist attacks.

We're going to talk a little bit about Carter's funeral and some free speech as well.

But before we get to all of that, how's it going, man?

It's going fine.

And I don't think my family begrudged me either when I arrived from my little journalism conference, which was very lovely, down in Palm Beach. So it was chilly

down there. It was like 54 in the morning until it reached 70 later, you know, with the sun

because it burns off all the clouds and then it becomes a lovely day. But that was hard on you, that was that was hard later, you know, with the sun because it burns off all the clouds and then it becomes a lovely day.

Right. That was hard on you, I imagine. That was hard because, you know, you want to go to the beach in the morning before the various panel discussions and such. But, you know, I managed. And I'll tell you what, I made it up to my family. First of all, I did send them a lot of photos. and I'm sure they loved that while the snow was coming in to see photos of here I am,

you know, downtown or palm trees.
