I'm Dr. Nicole Sapphire, and I have a really interesting topic to discuss.

But first, I want to say, let's all just stop for a second and take a breath.

Obviously, the weekend was incredibly stressful.

Another assassination attempt on the president's life. And it sounds like the manifesto, he didn't just necessarily want to get to the

president, but maybe other members of the administration. I had a lot of friends in that room

at the White House Correspondence dinner that night. So I'm so grateful that Secret

Service and the police were able to act swiftly and everyone made it out safely and unharmed.

Very scary time we're living in. Lots of rhetoric going on. And, you know, we all just need to

take a step back, take a big, deep breath.

Now, I probably should talk about something that is a little bit more of a feel-good conversation,

you know, just because of the stressful weekend everyone's had. But when I was working in the

hospital today, I got a text message from a friend asking me about tyoneptine. Now, you may not know

what that is. And in fact, when I hear that name, I don't necessarily, it doesn't ring a bell to me.

But it's something important that I think we should talk about because I want you to know about it. And especially if you have

kids who are adolescents, young adults, you're going to be glad that you know about it. So Tyoneeptine,

you may have heard it as referred to some people call it gas station heroin. And now while that

nickname may sound sensationalized, and you know,

I'm usually the first person to push back on media fearmongering, in this case, the concern is

very real, because this is exactly the kind of story that keeps me up at night as both a doctor,
