So we got a lot of vibes to check this week. But before we get to that I want to tell our listeners a bit about what this show is

going to be about this episode.

I got a lot to talk about. You know I'm surprised that we haven't gotten to this

topic yet because I think about it all the time. Our first topic is tip-lation. You know it, you feel it, it's driving you crazy.

Why is it here, where did it come from, what do we do with it?

I'm going to talk about that. And then because February, we're going to talk

about Black History Month and why it always feels so weird to me and how it's been

commodified and how I and other black folks should move through this month with

intention whatever that means. So many questions we'll have answers all that's

ahead but first how are my sisters feeling?

with some of my Columbus girls, my neighbors neighbors we always hang out and we decided to take a group trip which is always fun
