As you know, we're seeing an ever-increasing burden of chronic disease, which is primarily driven by our food and food system.

And this is perpetuated by agricultural, food and healthcare policies that don't support health.

We need to rethink disease,

and we need to reimagine a food system and a healthcare system that protects health

that unburdens the economy from the weight of obesity and chronic disease

that protects the environment and helps reverse

climate change and creates a nation of healthy citizens and children. This podcast will be the place

for deep conversations about the critical issues of our time in the space of health, wellness, food,

and politics. Everybody wants you to cut back on salt. Why can't you do it?

I don't know why I never questioned.

Maybe the basic advice is wrong.
