I'm going to... Hello, and as always, welcome to the sister wives professor.

That's me. I'm Dr. Adam, professor of interpersonal and family communication.

And it's my privilege to be talking to you today about reality television as we continue looking at the Plath family.

And we begin Season 2 of Welcome to Plathville. I'm not sure what the schedule will be like for Plathville

related content, and my goal right now is to keep the weekly Sister Wives content coming, and I hope

to just make Plathville stuff more of a leisurely bonus.

So every week, every other week, I really don't know.

Hope that's not irritating.

I'm big on schedules. I especially like to be able to know when content is coming out so I can look forward

to various things.

And so I do try to be pretty schedule focused with with my own podcast, but, like I said,

just consider the Plathville stuff a bonus, and the sister-wives content, which is what the

vast majority of people are here for anyway that is going to continue weekly.

So with that said, why don't we take a look at Welcome to Plathville, season two, episode one, titled A Family Divided.

So we open up with Micah Plath taking a lot of phone footage of himself.

Shirtless, he's doing some kind of awkward gymnastics, but he's absolutely shredded like cheese.

The dude looks like a million billion bucks. Shredded but awkward.

He's clearly doing some influencer e social media stuff or trying to.

He tells the camera that he's had a year of change.

He's got a new car, he's moved out of the Plath family home, and man, are we ever going
