So my name is Elisa Keaton.

You guys know me. Some of you will know me as your facilitator and some of you will just know me as the video from the video teachings.

So we have, by this point you have read through your week one material or maybe in the process of doing that and

then you're also getting this video teaching as a supplement for week one

So I'd like to just go ahead and take this time we're going to open up in

prayer and then move right into the foundation of Way Less to Feed More. So Lord we

just thank you that you have gathered us for a purpose and

Lord that through your word you refine us and teach us and strengthen us and humble us as

well. Lord we just take this time and open it up to you. May your spirit move

through me clearly and boldly, Lord, to speak love and truth that every one of our

souls is hungry and thirsty for.

Lord, I just bless you and we thank you for those who are watching this teaching

and Father be their strength and it's in your name Jesus we pray.
