Summary

This week I wanted to cover something a ton of people are experiencing right now: transition fatigue. Each of us has a natural limit on how much change we can take at once. When we hit that limit, issues can start cropping up that’ll impact you and your relationships in a pretty big way.  In my opinion, transition fatigue isn’t talked about enough, so I wanted to cover it here and in my weekly newsletter. Listen in for exactly what transition fatigue is, how it might be affecting you, and steps you can take to recover from it.  Are you looking to find your purpose, navigate transition or fix your relationships, all with a powerful group of men from around the world? a transition of routine, a transition of income. You may have experienced a transition of location,

0:37.2

of being able to feast, see family, or hang out with friends.

0:41.1

So one of the things that I have noticed lately and recently is a lot of clients, a lot of men in the alliance, a lot of individuals online talking about the exhaustion that they are experiencing from transition.

0:59.1

And so today I want to talk about the very real reality that a lot of people are experiencing

1:05.3

because the truth is that we have a bandwidth.

1:09.8

1:13.0

A lot of people will experience heightened amounts of stress. Their body, when it comes to

1:19.0

change in transition, will start to release more and more cortisol, which is the stress

1:23.1

hormones. And because that it'll leave you susceptible to more anxiety or depression. It can leave you

1:30.0

more susceptible to the symptoms of isolation. It can lead you to be more susceptible to having a

1:38.1

lowered immune system because you are constantly overwhelmed. And so we want to talk a little bit about this idea of creating a

1:47.7

bump in resiliency, a bump in how we actually face transition. So what are some of the signs,

1:56.2

first and foremost, about transition fatigue? And secondly, how do we deal with it? So first and foremost,

2:02.0

the signs of transition fatigue are a little bit what I laid out before. So one is going to be

2:08.9

lacking in motivation to want to face any further changes or lack of motivation to take on

2:15.8

anything new. So if you are someone who is normally

2:20.3

lit up and motivated and excited and, you know, direction oriented and you find yourself sort of

2:26.5

taxed on that front and you're not really feeling motivated and, you know, you sort of feel this
