we're going to talk a little bit about the jackville shooting later on and how it relates to the history.

They don't know about and how it impacts the present because time is a flat circle buddy and we're trapped in it.

Before we get to that, how are you? I should ask. You doing good?

I'm okay. This is a weird thing to say falling up given the subject matter, but it just occurred to me when I said your name.

Do you snark? Sure. You seem snark. Yeah, right.

So like snarky mark. I feel about that as opposed to smart. You know what I mean? Snarky mark.

I've never really, I've never really had a nickname stick.

I don't know.

I'm not a nickname guy.

I'm not very funky either.

But, you know, it just occurred to me because I almost called you Marky Mark just for fun.

And I was like, snarky Mark.

Anyway, I'm doing okay.

Katie's out of town right now.

She's back in my hometown, actually, Clay County.

She is like renovating the house I grew up in because we're trying, we're going to try to sell it or whatever. She's, and I'm here with the kids, the boys are in school. So I'm here, you know, cooking, cleaning and send the boys to school and stuff while she's like putting in drywall and ripping out insulation and stuff like that, you know, as is appropriate.

But we're in week two now.

She comes back this weekend and, you know, hanging in there, watching R-rated movies, doing our thing.

It'd be a fun bit if she got you a Mother's Day card this year.

A couple things before we get to the show. Just like the dipsittery going on in Congress is killing me.
