You guys just missed a rambunctious conversation about 90s country music and the pre-show.

So I guess we ought to start off with some good, speaking of which to start off with some good skews.

Well, that's why, as he said, I mean, that's why we were talking about 90s country.

Look, I, like, he ain't nowhere even remotely close to the equivalent of Dave

Chappelle for me as a comedian at all, not remotely, but I'm saying to use an analog, Dave Chappelle,

I haven't been into what Dave Chappelle's been doing lately largely, but it don't change,

killing them softly or the Chappelle show for me. And Toby Keith, it's like, dude, he had, he had some bangers in the 90s. Should have been a cowboy. Every head must bow, every tongue must profess. That is a all-time country jam as far as I'm concerned. So the man did some good work. 9-11 sort of, I would say it broke his brain, but really it just like opened his wallet up. like he realized the amount of money he can make after 9-11, and then he just went fully down that road. But he had his day, though, Toby. Right, but sooner the cowboy, and I sang along with it. It still played at Cowboys games. But my, but that's like selling thick nostalgia, that part of the whole thing that it bugs me. It's like, first of all, cowboys are mostly black and Latino. Yeah. Like, it's like, is there like, that's part of the, that's part of the thing that bugs me. Anyway, I went off the tangent here. Some other. If we, if we get started, we'll do a whole hour just talking, just arguing about Toby Keith, if we don't.

If we don't move on. So, go ahead. So, uh, another good news. A DC court finally issued their opinion on Trump's absolute immunity claims. It was January 6 cases. They're like, no, dude, you're a guy. You're just a guy. Right. They're like, okay. It's now like, now like here's the thing. This is the Supreme Court is supposed to rule on whether you kicked off the ballot in Colorado and Maine and shit, right? I think Maine might not be able to play right now, whatever. So the Supreme Court has two choices here because the case is so stupid. Right. They can't rule in his favor. So their choices are either to, you know, just refuse to accept the case, take the case up,

or take it and then dither for like four or five months.

Right.

And if they refuse to take it, if they refuse to take it,

then this court's ruling prevails, right?

Like if they say, we're not taking it,
