0:03.5	Thank you so much for joining me today as we take a look at the astrological energies
0:07.7	from July 19th until July 26th, as we have a lot going on astrologically, a lot of transiting
0:16.0	energies, as well as many shifts, where we're going to have the sun enter Leo, Venus station retrograde,
0:24.8	Chiron station retrograde, plus the energy of the Cardinal Grand Cross is going to be very strong
0:32.6	and potent this week. And we'll be talking about all of that and more in today's show. But first, I wanted to
0:39.2	begin by recognizing the powerful solar flares we've been receiving from the sun over the last few
0:47.4	days. Solar flares are part of the sun's ongoing activity and eruptions. And we've had three powerful solar flares,
0:59.0	including an M-class, M-as-in-me-class solar flare, which is 10 times as strong as a C-class.
1:08.6	So the solar flares that come off of the sun travel at the speed of light
1:15.0	and impact us energetically in very strong ways. And if you aren't aware of these solar flares
1:23.1	going on, then you could be confused around what you're feeling.
1:28.3	Because as the solar flares come into our atmosphere, the energy is very dynamic and it's where
1:36.3	you can feel all of a sudden very tired, exhausted, wiped out, especially when you've been doing
1:43.3	a lot of energy work and healing work.
1:46.0	Because the pure we become, the more our energy vessels are alive with light and we don't
1:53.5	hold as much density, the more we feel energies as they are traveling around us, as well as being more sensitive to the energetics of
2:04.9	the cosmos. So when solar flares occur, they happen very quickly. They are these eruptions from
2:12.7	the sun because the sun's consciousness is evolving. The sun being such a dynamic force field of energy
2:20.8	is also shifting and evolving at this time and these energies come through and affect us. So this can
2:28.0	also show up as not sleeping well at night. Being so worn out and you don't know why. Feeling all this energy and not
2:36.6	sure where it's coming from. Also craving more food, maybe craving sugar, protein, grounding foods.
