Greetings Tate. How are you today? As you mentioned there, I have been having some automotive

troubles in the past month. I've been to the shop as your Americans call it seven times.

Seven times. How are you when it comes to mechanical issues? Are you having to make the

noises or can you explain or do you have one of the fancy pants computer cars that tells

you everything that's wrong? YouTube is my friend. I tend to try and have some knowledge

when I go in there, but it's just, oh, I was in there for three hours today for something

that should have taken ten minutes. I don't want to get into it. This is a day of celebration, Tate.

It's the day, the first day of school for my kids, aka the first day of peaceful home office

environment. So I'm in a zen place today. I'm not going to let Hyundai's customer service

let me down. Is that how your people pronounce that word? Hyundai?

When I first came here and I started doing kick TV, we were talking about Asian soccer,

and I was talking about the team, Hyundai, and they stopped the camera. No, no, it's Hyundai.

It's Hyundai. I had to play them commercials from the UK where we call it Hyundai.

This is an ongoing debate between myself and Darryl Grove, because you all have your

pronunciations that are sometimes correct and then sometimes wildly incorrect. It's really

difficult to know which one. I still don't know. Is it Jaguar or Jaguar? I think you would

do it. It's which one? It's got a force and extra syllable item. It's Jaguar.

Okay, well you call me darling, so I feel like I'm just going to agree with you on that one.
