Good, enjoyed a bit of Cabo Cup action in midweek.

I was doing the highlights show last night, so a rare chance for me to get on TV and talk about the Premier League

because normally I only got to do that here so yeah and it was a lot of goals a lot of

interesting games I absolutely love the Carabile Cup so yeah I'm happy.

but you know that Leonardo DiCaprio me is like a lot pointing

to say that not like he knows the guy I do I've seen you a couple of times

recently and and done that to my wife Steve you okay?

Yeah I went to Preston on Saturday and that was enough to take out of me

so I haven't been to a game midweek.

I'm still recovering from that performance.

Let's see what happens Friday night. Yeah I'll be waiting with baited breath for you to bring up penalty shootouts or

Stanford Bridge or something in association with what happened for Villa last night

but never might but the Carabow Cup was good George it was it was actually really

exciting there was a lot going on lots of goals some fresh young talent some

some fringe players doing the business as well for teams it was actually a really

interesting week yeah I love it I kind of kind I kind of come at this from two angles as a fan of an EFL club, some of my favorite days watching
