Look with me, if you would please, in the scriptures, verses we've been looking at all week,

Romans' first chapter. And then also I believe we'll be looking at 1st Samuel, the second chapter.

In Romans 1.15, it says, as much as in me is, I'm ready to preach the gospel to you that are at Rome also.

For I'm not ashamed of the gospel of Christ.

For it's the power of God and the salvation to everyone that believes to the Jew first,

also to the Greek, verse 17, for therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith as it is written, the just shall live by faith.

Said out loud, I'm not ashamed of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

The gospel is the good news about the good things, all the good things that our good

God has done for us in Christ. And how many know there's more than one benefit? The Bible said,

bless the Lord, oh my soul, and forget not all his benefits.

Does His grace extend to your physical body?

Does his grace extend to your soul and your mind?

Does his grace extend to your finances?

Yes.

And the material realm, to your marriage your family to your children to your job to

your business yes it is a complete redemption and when you preach the full gospel you preach the good

news that covers the whole existence of man not just one one or two benefits, but there are multiple benefits.

In 1 Samuel 2, the end of the chapter there, verse 30, just the last phrase,

we got the words up over the platform here, for them that honor me, the Lord said,

I will honor. They that despise me shall be lightly esteemed. Said out loud, them that honor me, I will honor. They that despise me shall be lightly esteemed.

Now the word honor depicts valuation.

And the word despise depicts the opposite. Devaluation. A failure to value. A failure to esteem or appreciate.
