I'm your host Justin Boone, the lead fantasy analyst at The Score on today's episode. We're previewing

week 9 and I say we because we have another great guest joining me this week. It's John

Daigle, a rhodo world. He writes their weekly waiver wire column. He puts together a extremely

helpful injury report on Saturdays. I have to say I check that every week just to make sure I didn't miss anything. And it's not just the skill position players in there. He talks about anybody who might be sidelined or limited and how they could impact fantasy outcomes. He also does the DFS building blocks on top of covering breaking news all week long.

John, they keep you extremely busy over there.

How'd the first half of the season go for you?

You can tell how busy they keep me if you just look in my eyes in those videos.

The bags are weighing on me halfway through the year.

But no, I think the first half has gone very well. You know, as usual,

we dealt with a lot of injuries and they're still coming in, but it's just fine. It's just

what happens during the normal season. And I will say, you know, you mentioned my, what I've

done at the beginning, but your early look at a waiver wire column, like I actually read that to

start my week. So just know, I'm not the only one doing work here. I appreciate that. Like I actually read that to start my week.

Well, I do that on purpose.

I kept making it earlier and earlier every year to try to get ahead of everyone.

And now I'm putting it out normally before the Monday nighter, but sometimes it doesn't

go up till maybe closer to half time on Monday night.

But I still think I'm beating most people to the punch. You do, and that's how I start my week. I actually use your call, believe it or not, to get blind spots. And like everyone, you know, if you go to a Reddit thread or something, everyone's like, oh, well, they're quote unquote experts. Like, shouldn't they know? Like, if you already assume you're smarter than the next person, then you're incorrect. Because like we can all use each other and we all should use each other. And I believe a lot of us do. Um, so the fact that I may miss something and you see it, it's like, oh, well, that helps me a ton. So no, you're doing tremendous work. Well, I appreciate that. And I'd say the exact same thing. I'm always on roto world. I'm always checking out your stuff. And I hope everybody out there is on Rota World as well.
