That's one of the most fun conversations we've had on here. Yeah, man. He's great, great perspective. Former player who's transitioned to being a general manager for his alma mater.

The unique things, the special qualities about Stanford, he really sheds the light on all of those things.

Fascinating discussion.

Really enjoyed that.

It's one of the more fascinating guys in all of sports, to be honest with you, in a great interview.

Leadership, team building.

Before we do that, though, I wanted to get your thoughts on a couple things.

You know, a lot is going to be made of these quarterback classes over the last couple years.

And, you know, I'm getting ready for the Titans Chargers this weekend. So studying Cam Ward and looking at him. And we get Tyler Shucks going to get a start this week. So we're seeing some of these, you know, quarterbacks from this class. Obviously, Jackson Dart's been playing really well, you know, seeing these guys get opportunities. Dylan Gabriel is out there. Who knows if we see Shadur Sanders? So you've got that group. But then you go back to the class where you've got all of a sudden you look up and Drake Mays in the MVP conversation. You know, Jaden Daniels has already played in a conference championship game. Caleb has taken strides. It hasn't been, you know, an easy path,

but you see him continuing to get better. We're going to see J.J. McCarthy back in the mix.

It just seems like to me, league-wise, big picture-wise, man, there's a spotlight on a lot of young quarterbacks in this league. A lot of young quarterbacks are playing well. And everyone wants to know what's the

secret sauce behind getting your young quarterback to play at a high level immediately.
