I'm Bob Harris, and it's time for our usual look at injury situations of interest coming out of

Sunday's games. Try to help you get a head start on any possible waiver wire moves that might

be necessary heading into a week 17 that will determine many

a fantasy championship. So we'll get the ball rolling in Buffalo. Josh Allen reportedly went into

yesterday's matchup with the New England Patriots nursing a fractured left hand. The star quarterback

also appeared to hurt his throwing hand in this one, receiving medical attention on the sidelines

in the fourth quarter. As CBSports.com reported, Allen had an erratic day against the Patriots, completing

fewer than 60% of his passes while leading Buffalo to a three-point win. He began shaking his right

hand immediately after throwing passes late in the game, though the bills cleared him to return

shortly afterwards, announcing he suffered a right elbow contusion. Backup, Mitchell Trabisky briefly began warming up on the sidelines while Alan received

treatment, but Alan never missed a snap.

He entered the contest as a favor to win this year's NFL MVP org while guiding Buffalo to a 12-3

mark atop the AFC East. We're watching for more on Allen's status for Buffalo's week 17 game

against the Jets.

It'll also be all eyes on the quarterbacks in Philadelphia.

Jalen Hertz was concussed minutes into Sunday's game against commanders and ruled out after evaluation.

Head coach Nick Siriani had no update on his starting quarterback status afterwards,

but go ahead and assume Hertz will have to clear the league's concussion protocol in order to play against Dallas in week 17. And if he doesn't,

Kenny Pickett, who replaced Hertz and threw for 143 yards in a touchdown in the sloppy 36-33 loss was spotted entering the X-ray room after the game. Pickett later said he sustained a rib

injury and he'll undergo further testing today.
