It's time for our usual look at injury situations of interest coming out of Sunday's games

to help you get a head start on any possible waiver-wire moves that might be necessary.

Heading into week 16.

And they are copious because the injury list is long. We'll start

with the chief's quarterback Patrick Mahomes. He's considered week to week with a right ankle injury,

NFL Network's Ian Rappaport reported. Mahomes exited Sunday's win against Cleveland in the fourth

quarter after getting taken down awkwardly. He did not return. Rap report added that x-rays were

negative and head coach Andy Reed confirmed the ankle

wasn't broken.

Reed also said Mahomes could have stayed in the game, adding there was no need for that.

She's for ahead 21 to 7 at the time.

Carson once finished the game.

Mahomes remained on the sideline until the conclusion and was limping as he walked off

the field of the locker room. He said immediately after the game that was unclear whether he'd be available to play Saturday

against the Houston Texans. According to Pro Football Talk.com's Mike Florio, the chiefs

believed they dodged a bullet, though, with what he characterized as Mahomes' high ankle sprain.

Team is concerned about the extent of swelling and he'll have this morning. If he
