We're gonna do a little bit of preview on Sunday, but fair warning. We were recording this earlier in the week because well,

Inbur and I are the main chefs in our household and if we're not there to cook, we don't know what's gonna happen. Inbur before we get going,

what is your Thanksgiving dish to die for?

I'm a big fan of the YouTube channel Binging with Babish and he did an entire special on his favorite side dishes and some crazy ideas that he's got.

And he did this thing with sweet potatoes and ricotta and some all sorts of insanities that I would highly recommend everyone go check out.

And it looked just a thousand times better than the standard little yams with marshmallows on the top.

This looked like the adult version. You're gonna sit at the adult table with these sweet potatoes.

I knew you'd be a contrarian on what many people believe to be the most traditional of holidays.

It's Thanksgiving I'm torn because I want to experiment, but at the same point, I want nostalgia on the plate all the time.

And you know what? It's gonna be different for a lot when the world is normal again and you can eat with hopefully knock on wood, 15, 20 family members, go traditional then.

This is a very untraditional year. It's a very untraditional holiday that we're celebrating right now.

Alright, so we were gonna get into the Betts. I promise, but now that Invers talking to me about this, this is something that I've been thinking about.

When we first started quarantine, I talked about tracking your habits so that if you want to pick up new habits, you talked about learning a new skill, all that stuff.

When does this become normalized to the point where we're gonna have to work really hard mentally to get back to where we were?

Because I think everyone's like, oh, it's open now. And I'm like, hey guys, we've just conditioned ourselves for the last year to live a certain way.

And if we know how hard it is to change diet habits, sleeping habits, smoking habits, this, to me, I'm curious how hard is it gonna be for people to get back?

I know this is a little bit deep. It's a betting podcast, but this is where we're starting.

Absolutely. It's something I think about all the time. When I am walking with my daughter, Lucy, and I've got a stroller and someone else doesn't.

I now expect that they're gonna get 10 feet out of my way so that I can ride on the sidewalk and that they have to dip into the street.

It's gonna be strange when we have to kind of cram by each other now in the future.
