Hello, welcome in. This is Beyond the Box Corps. I'm your host, Jacob Gibbs, and I'm joined by two guests today to bring you Week 10 mastering matchups.

It's going to help you with some tough, start-sit decisions. You know, what do we do with Roma Dunzee coming off the goose egg? Can we expect another big game from Colston Loveland? Is the answer to simply start all your bears versus the Giants? We're going to spend some time sorting through all that, sorting through the quarterback position. I know a lot of you guys are probably reeling with Jane Daniels out, Patrick Mahomes, Doc Prescott, Joe Flacco, all on by. Like, we've got a lot to get to today. It's week 10. The fantasy playoffs are, you know, just a month away. And so I brought on today two of the biggest nerds that I know. You know, I thought maybe me and Ryan wasn't quite enough. So I also have Max Tisgano with us today to help sort through all this and just talk about some of the developing trends around the league, some interesting stuff here that I think the sickos here are going to enjoy. So Ryan, I'm going to start with you. How are you doing? How are you feeling as we head into week 10? Doing great, man. Yeah, having an amazing day, getting ratioed by J.J. Zacharison on Twitter for being

too young to play the PS2.

So yeah, just, you know, stuff of my dreams.

Max, big PS2 fan.

I'm also too young to play PS2.

And the only video games I've ever really played uh because i

had a certain difficult time getting through black ops in fifth grade and you know all the other

kids got through it and i i struggled and i just i did not think it was for me uh we're pretty much mad and

so i got a p s5, when NCAA 25 came back out.

So I went from nothing to that.

So I got to tell you, I have no information on this.

I feel like a decent number of our listeners might be able to relate to just the sports games.

Can you at least relate to me and Ryan in our Pokemon fandom? Is that something for you?

It's something that a bunch of kids I went to school with were into.

Yeah. I get it. It's pretty cool. I used to, I used to collect them when I was in like

second grade and my brother and I used to fight over, fight over the problem is that we were picking them based on which animal was the coolest so I don't think we were really doing it right I think that's a good way to do it yeah all right so Max first time in the program thank you for being here welcome to be on the box score I feel like this is kind of a perfect fit for you. We've got the sickos here. And I think that you can just take them even further.

I think there's some stuff that, you know, we're all coming from more of like the fantasy football background. But Max is more of a true ball noer. And I'm very excited to get into some of the X's and O's. I don't want to spoil it, but he does have an actual whiteboard that he's

brought to help

prepare some things of some visualizations for us. So I'm very excited for this. What can you tell the sickos here, the fans of Beyond the Box score about yourself, about what you do, your writing, and all that? Yeah, well, I mean, I think I take a unique approach to X's and O's in that I never played the game beyond a seventh grade level.
