Thank you so much for finishing off your week with us here. It's around 5 p.m. Eastern on Friday afternoon when we're recording this. And heading into the weekend, it was, and the emphasis is on was one of the lighter injury list that we've had this season. But it just keeps growing here. We've got some late additions to it today. So hopefully we can get through this one quick because I'm sure you have better things to do with your weekend that's why I try to make these

injury update shows as concise as possible for you and I know quarterbacks aren't going to take

much time we only got five to talk about here Jalen Hertz is the first and I'm going to make a long

story short here next here Nix Serrani he got asked about Hertz being limited in practice on

Wednesday. They called it a rest day on the injury report. That's how it was listed. But

when Siriani talked about it today, he referenced an ankle issue that Hertz was dealing

with and he said they were just being precautionary. Then he got corrected by somebody in the

room and he said, oh, I must have misunderstood the question and it was in fact a rest day for Hertz.

So people freaked out about this one.

Like the Eagles might be hiding some sort of ankle injury.

I know Hertz did get banged up in the last game.

He got checked out versus the Jaguars.

Seemed like he was okay though in that one.

they were suggesting this could just be like a minor injury right all players

this time of year kind of nicked up that's probably the case here Tim McManus at

ESPN he reported this afternoon that Hertz has been dealing with an ankle

injury for a couple weeks now but that Wednesday's limited practice it was just

load management so I'm not

overreacting I'm not going to any sort of conspiracy places on it like they were trying to hide
