Welcome back to today's episode.

We're in Psalm 27, if you care to follow along.

And we are still in a section in the book of Psalms where almost every one of the Psalms

is a Psalm of David. Sometimes the Bible tells us why a particular Psalm was written. You'll see a

little introduction to the Psalm. Many times it simply says a Psalm of David. And we have to just

kind of guess when, when could this

have taken place in his life? And it's not important necessarily that we know because these

Psalms were intended for you and me and for other readers that we would find commonality

in reading them and associating with the heart and the mind of David

and obviously and more importantly, the heart and mind of Jesus. So as we read these Psalms,

we certainly want to think through the life of David, but we want to be asking God. God, would you speak to my life?

Would you help these words to find context in the way that I live and the way that I seek to follow
