Got this weird hat on, but it's freezing cold here in Athens, Greece.

We're on a one-day layover on our way with a group of pastors to tour Israel and learn some

things there.

But today we spent some time right here in Athens, flew in about midday

and had enough time to see Mars Hill, where Paul preached his famous sermon, Acts Chapter 17. And then I'm

looking right now, let me show you at the Acropolis. So Acropolis is the high point. And on top of the Acropolis, you see the

portions of, you can't see all of it, the Parthenon. So just beautiful. Athens is full of history

in general. But then when we think about Acts chapter 17 and we think about

the Apostle Paul, we think about the unknown God, we think about people like Dionysius and

Damaris that were saved. And think about one man. And that's the point I want to make.

One man full of God's spirit who stood up to all those philosophers and to a hostile crowd who mocked him both before and after his message.
