Yesterday, we talked a bit about that misunderstood section in the Bible, about judging and how judging really is a matter of

seeing ourselves and being self-evaluative. We talked all about that yesterday. Really important episode.

Today I want to talk a bit about prayer. And I wanted to see a famous verse, a familiar verse,

verse number seven, Matthew 7, seven, ask, and it shall be given you. What a promise. Seek and ye shall find. Knock and it shall be open under you.

So understand that Jesus is speaking in the verbs here are progressive. So ask and ask and ask and

seek and seek. Don't stop asking. Don't stop seeking. This is not just a one-time thing. Like, well, I ask God one time

and he didn't hear me, I guess. No, the idea is this, that as we approach God, number one,
