And on this date in movie history, it's a sad anniversary given the recent passing of Paul Rubens.

But on this date, in 1985, Peewee's Big Adventure was released. 38 years ago today, August 9th,

1985, that's when the world learned the Alamo doesn't have a basement. It's a classic,

happy anniversary in RIP Paul Rubens. You don't want to get mixed up with a guy like me.

This one is getting a lot of attention right now. Understandably, you remember the shooting at

Rob Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas in May of 2022. Well, a 17 year old cousin of the Uvalde

Gunman was just arrested on suspicion of threatening to quote, do the same thing. He was arrested in

San Antonio, Texas on a felony charge of making a terroristic threat to a public place. His name is

Nathan James Cruz and his mother is the one that called the police. She said that he told his

sister that he was planning to do the same thing as his cousin, his mom also claimed to have over

her to phone call in which he was asking about acquiring an AR-15. If there's one thing we keep

learning over and over again from these, it's a report concerning behavior or threats. So I thought

it was important to highlight what a great thing this mom did. I'm sure it wasn't easy to make

that call about your son, but I would think in that family, especially it's not something to

joke about. The San Antonio police deserve a lot of credit as well for moving on this tip,
