So I've talked before about the many effects of space on human bodies,

especially the longer you spend there.

According to NASA's human research program, the main health

risks result from space radiation, isolation and confinement, distance from Earth, gravity fields, and

hostile-closed environments. The radiation can increase risk of cancer, cataracts, heart disease,

and other degenerative diseases.

And the gravity fields and changes in weightlessness can cause issues with blood pressure,

vision problems, an increased risk of developing kidney stones, and a loss of mineral density

in bones. And unlike most of the aforementioned risks, that bone density loss is basically a
