listeners, I suppose a bit of context. Pam specializes in sports diacetics. She is an endurance runner.

So today we are going to be talking to Pam. Pam's going to be answering all of my

questions and we're going to be discussing glucose and the benefits of monitoring glucose as it

relates to metabolic health. So again, a bit more context. I first started learning about

glucose monitoring last year in November and that's when I first wore a lingo CGM device for the

first time. Now, as someone who absolutely loves data, like I love data, I love metrics, I love

tracking, I love being able to see that, I have found this absolutely fascinating. And more importantly,

I've actually found that seeing my own data has really

been a catalyst for some behaviour change, some lifestyle change to improve my health, my energy,
