We took you first because I was told you're an auctioneer.

Yes, sir.

And you had called in because this morning we played a song with an auctioneer

and we were talking about agricultural economics and horse trading.

And for folks who don't listen to our morning show,

let me give you the context of why Randolph called in.

And that is I was sent an email from a listener who with a document

that belonged to his wife's grandfather.

And it said inventory and appraism of the property belonging to Mr. and Mrs. Herman Balser

as appraised by the undersigned and three people had signed it.

And it was his estate, 125 acres of land, surface only, $1,250.

Dance hall and contents, $2,500.

And it went all the way down to one bull, two hogs, 30 goats,

and each one, 50 chickens, and each one is then estimated as to its value

in order to probably probate an estate.

So the executor would know a value and you know how you give me $3,000 of this $6,200

and we'll give you cash and his person gets the estate.

And then anyway, so we were talking about agricultural economics,

something that doesn't come up in everyday conversation, but affects all of us.
