Yesterday an attorney by the name of Mason Herring pleaded guilty to injury to a child

an assault of a pregnant person

for intentionally poisoning his wife to try to kill their baby.

Herring was sentenced to 10 years probation to felony convictions.

And 180 days in the Harris County Jail, the maximum amount allowed

by law, as a condition of probation.

Their divorce case is set for trial in April of 2024.

How does that divorce go?

Ma'am, you have filed for divorce. I know we have a no-fault divorce in Texas, but it can be cool

if you still had to prove fault.
